Humpback frolics in Sawtell’s surf
RESIDENTS and visitors were treated to a spectacular sight on Monday when a humpback whale cruised into the surf off the Coffs Coast.
The whale - joined by a pod of dolphins - was seen less than 150m off Bonville Headland before heading north on its long journey ahead.
Local photographer Bruce Thomas was on scene to capture the action.
