Hunt on for men who robbed caravan park convenience store

POLICE are searching for two men who robbed a convenience store at a caravan park at Coombabah this morning.

Around 6.15am two men, one armed with a metal bar, entered the Pine Ridge Road premises and made demands for money from the male store owner.

An amount of cash was handed over from the till.

The men fled the scene.

There were no customers in the store at the time of the robbery.

No one was injured during the incident.

Both the offenders are described as Caucasion, aged in their early 20's and were wearing dark pullovers with hoodies and dark trousers

Investigations are continuing.
