Bunnings Warehouse works start in Toowoomba CBD
HUTCHINSON Builders has announced it will soon start construction of a new Bunnings Warehouse on Ruthven St.
In a letter sent to residents in Toowoomba, Project manager Joe Watson said the project involved the construction of a new warehouse and car park and the retention of several heritage-listed buildings.
Mr Watson said the construction duration would cover the remainder of this year through to the anticipated finish date in November next year.
"As part of the development conditions there will be works to the road and footpath on Bridge and Ruthven Sts which will involve altered traffic conditions," Mr Watson said.
"We will endeavour to provide ample and continued updates of the works as they arise in the program."
Hutchinsons won the contract to build the project this year.
