Justin Bieber to face top lawyer
A TOP lawyer has joined the legal team of the woman who claims Justin Bieber fathered her child.
Paternity law expert Jeffery Leving will represent Mariah Yeater, who claims her four-month-old son, Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater, was fathered by the 'Baby' singer after they met after one of his concerts in Los Angeles in October 2010.
Jeffery is said to be one of the best lawyers in his field, and has previously been an advisor to the White House on family law.
A statement from law offices Lance Rogers sent to RadarOnline.com read: "We are proud to announce that attorney Jeffery Leving is joining Mariah Yeater's legal team.
"He is a national expert on family law issues. Mr. Leving has been named one of 'America's Best Lawyers' by Forbes Radio and selected by his peers as one of Illinois' top attorneys."
17-year-old Justin - who strenuously denies Mariah's claims - earlier today agreed to take a paternity test in two weeks time to prove he is not father to Tristyn.
Of Mariah's allegations, he previously said: "Never met the woman. I'd just like to say, basically, that none of those allegations are true. I know that I'm going to be a target, but I'm never going to be a victim."
Mariah, 20, has countered, saying she has "provided evidence" to her lawyers which conclusively proves Justin is the father.
