Kingscliff cyclist 'doing well'

KINGSCLIFF man Neville Salmon is reportedly doing well in hospital according to friends.

The 65-year-old suffered serious head injuries after he was struck from behind by a B-double truck while cycling northbound on the Pacific Highway at Chinderah last Wednesday.

He has been in Gold Coast Hospital since.

A friend yesterday said Mr Salmon was still in an induced coma but was doing well.
