KINGSCLIFF will again be awash with the warm glow of lantern lights and people this Friday night, July 5, for the night markets.

The visual and oral feast starts from 5pm with lots of food, craft stalls and entertainment galore in Jack Bayliss Park.

Event organiser Jayne Henry is hoping for a big turn out and fine weather come Friday.

"We are looking forward to getting a big crowd, there has been good numbers at the last few nights so if the weather in fine I expect plenty of people to turn out," Mrs Henry said.

From local rappers and musicians to photographic displays and hot food, the night markets have something for everyone, remember to rug up though as it can get a little chilli this time of year on the beachside.

One act to catch if you can is Energy Entertainment's Fire Show at 7:30pm; fire is used in wonderful ways you may never have seen.
