Leicester must keep pressure on, says coach

LEICESTER manager Nigel Pearson has warned his team of complacency after a 1-0 win over relegation rival Burnley moved his team out of the drop zone.

Leicester is now one point above third-bottom Sunderland, which drew 1-1 at Stoke, and its next three games - against leaders Chelsea, Newcastle and Southampton - are at home.

Pearson told BBC Sport there would be no letting up.

"If people think the hard work's done, they're in for a shock," he said.

Burnley is bottom after the defeat at Turf Moor, and QPR is second from bottom after a 0-0 draw with West Ham. Hull City eased relegation fears with a 2-0 success at Crystal Palace, while Aston Villa is still in trouble after a 3-2 defeat at Manchester City, now in second spot. Swansea's 3-2 win at Newcastle was a record seventh-straight defeat for the Magpies. Southampton and Spurs drew 2-2.
