Man found with serious head injuries at Sandy Beach

POLICE have appealed for public assistance after a man was found lying on the road at Sandy Beach with serious head injuries.

Officers were called to Graham Dr, Sandy Beach, on Saturday around 11pm.

Upon arrival a 30-year-old man was found on the road with serious head injuries, police said.

He was taken to hospital and later flown to Royal North Shore Hospital, where he remains in a critical condition.

At this stage investigators are seeking assistance to determine how the man sustained the injuries.
