Man found with several stab wounds
Gold Coast Police are investigating how a man received several stab wounds at Varsity Lakes this morning.
The injured 23-year-old man was found in an apartment courtyard on University Drive around 2.30am.
Queensland Ambulance Service officers stabilised the man before transporting him to the Gold Coast Hospital.
Police could not speak to the man about the stabbing as he was receiving treatment.
Police said the man’s injuries appeared to be not life threatening.
