Massive rainfall across Tweed
THE Tweed region has been drenched with widespread rainfall across the region.
Tweed received 114mm of rain, Pottsville 58mm, Kingscliff 110mm and Cabarita 82mm in the 24 hours to 3pm (NSW) Thursday.
Most of the rain fell overnight Wednesday with the Bray Park Weather Station on Thursdayreceiving only 10mm between 9am and 3pm.
More of the same can be expected right through the weekend according to The Weather Channel.
