Men missing after boat flips

THE search continues for three men missing since their boat flipped at a popular fishing spot on the NSW coast overnight.

A 22-year-old man was rescued when a paddle boarder heard his cries for help at St George's Basin but his three friends, aged 19, 26 and 29, were not found.

Air and sea rescue crews began their search at dawn.

The fishermen found themselves in danger when one of them stood up and leant over the side of the boat, causing it to flip.

They were not wearing life vests.
