More charges laid over death of Timothy Pullen

POLICE have charged two people with manslaughter following a protracted investigation into the death of Timothy John Pullen.

Timothy John Pullen was last seen in April 2012 in the Mackay area.

A 31-year-old man arrested in Sydney and extradited to Queensland has been charged with manslaughter. He appeared before the Brisbane Magistrates Court yesterday and has been remanded in custody to reappear in the same court on August 7.

A 26-year-old Sarina woman arrested in Darwin and extradited to Queensland has been charged with manslaughter.

She is due to appear before the Mackay Magistrates Court tomorrow.

In addition, a 22-year-old Mackay man has been charged with accessory after the fact to murder. He appeared before the Mackay Magistrates Court on July 24 and will re-appear in the same court on October 4.

Investigations are continuing.
