More complaints over NBN, internet speed

COMPLAINTS about internet speed and NBN services are up.

The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman received 210 reports of faulty NBN landlines and 184 reports of bad NBN internet services during October- December.

It was an increase of 48% and 42% on the previous quarter.

There were 1662 complaints of slow data.

Phone complaints were down.
