Morrison calls asylum policy "Operation Sovereign Murders"
IMMIGRATION Minister Scott Morrison has mistakenly referred to Australia's asylum seeker policy as 'Operation Sovereign Murders'.
The gaffe came during an press conference in Darwin and was broadcast on ABC 24 yesterday.
Mr Morrison quickly left after making the slip.
The Guardian has also released footage of last week's raid on the G4S facility on Manus Island.
A witness has told the Guardian that the area was "like a war zone,"
"People were covered in blood - so many people came in half an hour."
