Sebastian Vettel in position to win his first Canadian F1

SEBASTIAN Vettel was in pole position to win his first Canadian F1 Grand Prix overnight after the championship leader posted the fastest lap in qualifying yesterday.

The Red Bull ace was joined by the Mercedes of Lewis Hamilton on the front row, while Aussie Mark Webber, and Fernando Alonso shared the third row.

Vettel, who won in Malaysia and Bahrain, had a 21-point lead over Lotus' Kimi Raikkonen.
