Naked man spotted near school holiday circus

POLICE are investigating reports of a naked man seen in a public toilet on Charlton Esplanade just metres from where the circus is set up.

Police received a call about 7pm on Wednesday saying a naked man, who appeared to be in his 40s, was sitting in an open cubicle in the public toilets near Seafront Oval.

Lennon's Circus is currently set up on the public oval for the school holidays.

When police arrived they were not able to find the man and people nearby had not seen anyone naked.
