NiE Saying Sorry

When you live with other human beings there are bound to be times when you hurt or offend others. Saying 'I'm sorry' - two words which can be so difficult to say but hold such power - can actually help mend a relationship. Apologies aren't supposed to be easy but without them, bad feelings may grow until eventually they develop into something so big and ugly that it is almost impossible to repair. It is difficult to admit that we've hurt someone's feelings or caused someone painand that we may have made a mistake. However, when you think about the repercussions of not making a simple apology, you will realize that it's worth the effort. You need to be good at knowing when you've messed up and be upfront about it by giving a sincere apology to those affected.
