No Kneed to Sit Still with Osteoarthritis

Again and again I hear the story - I was really active until this arthritis hit me. then it all stopped.

Well life is changing for people with chronic knee osteoarthritis thanks to a study by researchers at Bond University and Knee Research Australia.

This simple eight week program of riding an exercise bike has helped participants get active and fit again as well as grow some leg muscles and find some fitness.

They are currently recruiting again, so if you are between 40 and 65, have diagnosed knee osteoarthritis and access to an exercise bike contact Josie Grigg at Bond Uni (jgrigg@bond.edu.au) for more details.
