Peanut butter 'goodness' cookies
IF you like peanut butter you are going to love these peanut butter cookies!
Ingredients:
- 90gm margarine
- 1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
- ¾ cup Castor sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 egg
- 1 ¾ cup SR flour
Method:
- Beat marg, sugar, essence and peanut butter till creamy add egg and mix well.
- Stir in sifted flour mix well.
- Roll into balls and dip top of biscuit in crushed nuts flatten with fork.
- Bake at 180 degree for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
