Penguins dance in Tweed

KIDS tapped in time with Mumble and Gloria on Thursday as Tweed City Shopping Centre hosted a free Happy Feet Two show.

The famous dancing penguins from the hit sequel are the parents of Erik, the only penguin in Emperor-Land with two left feet.

But they took time out from their busy arctic lifestyles on Thursday to teach little ones how to tap dance.

The free school holiday show has been a huge success, drawing crowds of screaming kids, all desperate to meet the famous penguins.

The show will play again on Saturday at 11am and 1pm (NSW) in the Coles forecourt.

Next week, young ones can decorate their very own penguin to take home at the Tweed City Shopping Centre Happy Feet Two craft village outside The Coffee Club.
