Person killed, another in hospital after Mwy vehicle roll
UPDATED. 5.21pm: All southbound lanes of the Tugun Bypass remain closed.
Motorists are urged to take another route.
UPDATED, 2.33pm: A person has died and another transported to Tweed Hospital in a critical condition after a three car pile up this afternoon.
A third patient was transported to the hospital in a stable condition with minor injuries.
A NSW ambulance spokesman said paramedics were called to the scene near Kennedy Dr on the Pacific Mwy at 12.50pm.

INITIAL REPORT, 1.41pm: A person is trapped in a vehicle after a car roll over on the Pacific Motorway.
The crash, near the Kennedy Dr exit, is causing lengthy delays and both south bound lanes are closed.
Police are attempting to divert traffic around the crash.
There is also heavy traffic north bound, it is highly suggested to take an alternative route.
