Motorcyclists don pink bras for Bras 'n' Bikes ride today

KEEN motorcyclists will add pink bras to their traditional leathers when the annual Bras n' Bikes Ride gets under way this morning.

Bloomhill Cancer Help will be the big winner when riders undertake a 200km round trip from the Ettamogah Pub to Kilcoy and then back to Club Kawana.

It's the 12th time the ride has been staged by Girl Torque Sunshine Coast.

Bloomhill Cancer Help general manager Mervat Quirke said the charity was honoured to continue its partnership with the event.

"All the funds Bloomhill receives from the Bras n' Bikes ride will allow us to continue to deliver vital support services to more than 900 clients on the Sunshine Coast affected by cancer," Mr Quirke said.

Registration for the ride opens at 7.30am at the north-end of the Ettamogah Pub car park.
