Plant Life helps you grow green

GROW a great big beautiful green thumb with the help of Plant Life Nursery Currumbin.

Rob Feldingham, his partner Sheridan and their two children, have been reinventing the former weed-choked and unkempt nursery since earlier this year.

Mr Feldingham said he also offered a hard or soft-scape landscaping service from the nursery.

“I’ve been a landscaper since I was 14,” he said.

“I used to own a big landscaping company but sold it six years ago and since we were already growing plants, we figured we’d keep that going.”

Plant Life’s mantra is, “if we don’t have it just ask and we can get it in”. Mr Feldingham said the nursery was assisting the Currumbin Special School with its Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden program.

“We supplied herbs and vegies to help them kick start it and students can now care for them and watch them grow. I was happy to help them out,” he said.

Plant Life’s location “is great, small, simple and caters to what everyone wants.

“We endeavour to have all the ornaments people want, and we’re one of the cheapest on the Coast. We grow 75% of our own plants and our statues, for those who aren’t budget- conscious, run from $200 to $1000.

“Plus we offer a free delivery service to Currumbin and Palm Beach customers. Plant Life is at 15-17 Bienvienue Dr. Contact 0450 396 219 or plant.life.nursery @gmail.com.
