Police hunt teens who smashed into Banora juniors club

POLICE are searching for two young males who allegedly broke into Twin Towns Juniors in Banora on Friday morning.

About 1.50am, police were called to the club after alarms were activated.

Tweed Police Inspector Chad Deegenaars said the two men believed to be involved left the scene before police arrived.

"One of them smashed a rear window of the club," Insp Deegenaars said.

"And it looks like an amount of alcohol was stolen."

Insp Deegenaars said it's believed two males in their late teens were involved in the incident.

He said they were both of Caucasian appearance, tall with slim build and wearing hoodies.
