A 27-year-old man has been stabbed on a property at Uki

UPDATED, 3.03pm: Police have confirmed a 27-year old man was stabbed on a property at Uki at about midday today.

The man lost a lot of blood and has been taken from the Kyogle Rd property by road ambulance to the Tweed Hospital in a stable condition

Police are investigating.

 

INITIAL REPORT, 2.19pm: Tweed Police are investigating a possible stabbing at Uki earlier today.

Inspector Jim Kain said investigations were in their early stages and no report had been received from officers attending the scene.
