Police search Bogangar house to find drugs

A STASH of pot was found in a Bogangar home yesterday.

Tweed police executed the search warrant at the Hastings Rd house and found 155.2g of cannabis.

Inspector Darren Steel said another 62g of the illegal drug was found separated into 24 foils for dealing.

"Police also recovered a sum of money," he said.

Two men were spoken to at the address.

A 42-year-old male and a 34-year-old male were issues with future court attendance notices for possessing prohibited drugs and supplying prohibited drugs.

A woman, 29, was also given a court attendance notice for possessing prohibited drugs.
