Police seek suspicious man

GOLD Coast police are appealing for public help to find a man following a report of suspicious behaviour at Tallebudgera on April 8.

An 11-year-old boy was at a tourist venue on the Gold Coast Highway when he was approached by a man who attempted to initiate conversation with him.

The boy left the scene without incident.

The man is aged in his 50s or 60s, about 170cm tall, with a slim build, blue eyes, and short grey hair.

At the time of the incident he was wearing a khaki green hat with detachable neck shade cover, black and green walking shorts, and a black backpack.
