Police still searching for robber

TWEED detectives are still looking for a man for the robbery of a bank in Tweed Heads South on Tuesday.

Police had no one in custody and no change to the description of the man wanted for questioning after the robbery of the National Australia Bank on Minjungbal Dr.

Detectives were looking at CCTV footage collected from the bank and Tweed City Shopping Centre.

THE man robbed the NAB about 10am before fleeing into Tweed City Shopping Centre with cash.

Tweed police flooded the Tweed Heads South CBD but were unable to apprehend the robber.

Police are looking for a man aged 23 or 24, Caucasian in appearance; about 180cm tall with a medium build.
