Police welcome new all-terrain vehicle

A NEW all-terrain vehicle has been unveiled by Tweed-Byron LAC police today. 

The vehicle will be at the main entrance of Tweed City Shopping Centre from 10am until 2pm Friday. 

The all-terrain vehicle is designed for high-visibility policing on beaches, in parks and at music festivals. 

At the same time, the Tweed Valley Neighbourhood Watch Group will be offering free installations of tamper-resistant security registration plate screws.
