Pupils plan catch-up
PAST Kingscliff High School students are invited to relive memories next month.
A class reunion will take place at Cudgen Leagues Club on Saturday, September 24.
Organisers of the 20-year reunion are calling all students who graduated from the Year 10 class of 1989 and the Year 12 class of 1991.
Reunion organiser Mel Giallongo said all teachers, students and their partners are invited to attend the event.
“We went to school during a different time when there were no mobile phones or internet and it will be so good to catch up,” Ms Giallongo said.
“Things have changed so much and it will be fun to see what everybody has been up to. It really does not feel like it was so long ago.”
Past students and teachers interested in attending the event are asked to RSVP by Friday, September 2, to Mel Giallongo on 0423 618 276 or 02 6674 4695.
Interested parties can also RSVP to Lulla Phillips on 0487 922 199.
Tickets for the reunion are available for $20 per person which includes finger food and live music.
