DAYS of solid rain have hammered roads and created new potholes across the Tweed

Existing surface damage to the bitumen on Wommin Bay road has been exacerbated by the soggy conditions.

The condition of roads Pose a major concern to many locals with the potholes appearing every time there is consistent rain

The usual suspects like Kennedy Drive, Wommin Bay Road and Tweed Valley Way have deteriorated further and will need special attention this week
