Forecast rain doesn't dampen the spirits of 10-year-old Ben

UNPREDICTABLE weather continues to trouble the Tweed and the erratic weather system is expected to continue through the weekend.

Sunshine, rain and overcast conditions would have dampened the spirits of most but not 10-year-old Ben Smallwood.

Ben, while thinking the weather was strange with all the changing conditions, still managed to enjoy himself at the beach with his family, who are visiting the Tweed from Bidley in the Lockyer Valley.

If it continued to rain, Ben said he would still enjoy himself with a trip to the movies.

The weather forecast will be sporadic rainfall through the week and into the weekend.
