FUNNIEST Home Videos’ Shelley Craft is the face of Revolution At Seagulls health and fitness complex.

The popular Channel 9 personality will help launch the $3 million facility as a major project in the Seagulls Club’s re-development opening in early April.

Group fitness manager Carly Busseler said Ms Craft was the perfect choice to promote the many community benefits the health and fitness club had to offer.

“Shelley positively glows with vitality, she has a great commonsense attitude to good health and she’s great fun too, so it’s a very nice fit,” Ms Busseler said.

Ms Craft, who these days balances work with motherhood, said her fitness routine was central to feeling good.“I like to use the gym for ‘me time’,” she said.

“It might sound weird, but it’s like spoiling myself.

“It helps clear my mind so that I’m not thinking about work or chasing after Milla, and that’s one of the reasons the child-minding centre at Revolution is definitely going to get a work out.”

“Having someone push you that little bit further and that little bit harder makes all the difference,” she said.

The ground floor of the two level complex will house the latest fitness equipment, consultation suites, a cafe, crèche and dedicated group fitness rooms, while the upper level will feature an indoor sports stadium.

The centre will offer free health screening on joining and promises a holistic approach with qualified consultants.Membership is now open and for more information visit www.revolutionatseagulls.com.au.
