Rock legend Ed Kuepper to perform on the Gold Coast

AUSSIE rock legend Ed Kuepper is preparing to rock out at the Soundlounge on Saturday.

If you're a punk fan you'll remember Kuepper from his punk band The Saints and experimental post-punk group Laughing Clowns.

His band was one of the first Australian acts to form its own record label Fatal Records to release the band's first single I'm Stranded.

Kuepper's well known and distinctive sound has captivated audiences for almost four decades.

To check him out on January 5 at the Soundlounge at 7.30pm.

Tickets are $30 at the door or $25 online.

Catch him on the Gold Coast while you can because Kuepper's next gig will be in Newcastle on January 17.
