Crow flies to a win against world-class rowers

DUAL Olympic medalist Kim Crow has tuned up for the coming world championships in South Korea by beating a world-class field in the final of the Beker Regatta in Amsterdam.

Crow, who won silver in the doubles sculls in London and bronze in the single, led from start to finish to beat New Zealand's Emma Twig, with 11-time race winner and double Olympic champion Ekatarina Karsten third.

The Aussie will now join the rest of the national team at the Australian Institute of Sport's European Training Centre in Italy before heading to the third and final World Cup regatta in Lucerne from July 12.
