Santa hasn't lost his appeal

TWEED brother and sister Dharma, six, and Marley Smith, four, joined other Tweed shoppers who lined-up to get a chance to whisper in Santa’s ear at Tweed City Shopping Centre on Saturday morning.

Pre-booked ticket holders enjoyed a special Christmas breakfast, face painting and balloon art as well as a magic show.

Santa Claus was joined by Mrs Claus, the Grinch and Po from Kung Fu Panda.

Santa will visit the Coles forecourt every day until Christmas Eve.

According to a British study, girls and boys Christmas wish lists are asking for more electronic gadgets, rather than traditional children’s toys.
