Seabreeze release caters to demand
DEVELOPERS at Pottsville have released the first lots in stage eight of the Seabreeze Estate.
Newland Developers, a division of the Metricon Group, said that following the sell-out of the “stage 14”, it was putting blocks in stage eight on the market, which included some of the last lots in the estate.
There are predictions Tweed land prices will continue to rise, backed by research showing Tweed property continues to be in high demand.
Development manager Dale Scotcher said recent research by the Tweed Economic Development Corporation had confirmed the Tweed Coast was one of the fastest population growth areas in NSW, with a current population of 90,000 people.
“Newland Developers have been developing Seabreeze for 10 years now, so we are excited to launch stage eight to the market, which will provide a solution to current land shortage issues,” Mr Scotcher said.
He said the stage had “some of the best blocks in the development.
Project marketing agent Lance Cotterill from North Estate Agents said that with coastal land limited a lot of interest was expected.
Prices range between $255,000 and $285,000.
The estate offers affordable house and land packages and an opportunity to belong to a friendly neighbourhood.
As land continues to be snapped up in the region agents expect huge interest.
