Incredible Hulk motivates Seagulls players before games
TWEED Heads Seagulls have some incredible art on their clubroom walls.
Before going to battle on the footy field the boys pass the work of two graffiti artists, Joey Joyce and Lindon Vickers.
Joyce and Vickers were commissioned by the Seagulls Football Club and through consultation and remaining true to their own styles, they came up with the graffiti ideas inside the rooms.
Other artworks inside the rooms are the Incredible Hulk in the weights room and the words Tweed Heads Seagulls on the dressing room walls.
"It was an easy decision on where to put the graffiti Seagull," Mr Vickers said.
"We thought it would be good if the boys saw the Seagull on the way out of the rooms and they seem to like it."
"We are extremely happy with the end result and grateful the club let us do the work," Mr Joyce said.
"This is great work, it gives the club a place of belonging," Tweed Heads Seagulls president Terry Keen said.
"When the boys are running out for the game and the last thing they see is the emblem it really focuses you on what you have to do on the field."
