Sleazy 'Undercover Boss' gives boob job as reward

TYPICALLY, episodes of Undercover Boss feature a high-flying executive acting as a hapless newbie while learning more about the workers on the company's lower rungs.

Usually the show ends with a dramatic reveal and the boss chastising poor workers and rewarding others with cash, a promotion.

But in the latest episode of the US series, bar owner Doug Guller fires a woman for wearing a t-shirt instead of a bikini  and promises another a "full C-cup" breast enlargement.

Cameras follow around Guller, who runs a sports bar franchise called "Bikinis" -- it advertises itself as "sports with a view".

The female wait staff wear bikini tops, denim cut-off shorts and cowboy boots.

"We hire hot women, they know exactly what we're all about," he tells the camera.

First Guller grumbles about a bartender named Jessica for not wearing the mandatory bikini top when he arrives.

She wasn't comfortable revealing so much while television cameras were in the bar -- the cameras were only there for the filming of Undercover Boss and Guller.

He would later fire Jessica for her "lack of passion" after she confides that she's looking for a new job.

He hands a kitchen supervisor a 30% raise and $10,000 in cash for a family vacation.

A supervisor named Megan was given $10,000 for a new home plus funds towards the medical care of her daughter.

Another staffer named Grace however, intrigues Guller -- who is undercover as a barman named Jake.

Sure she has a dodgy work record including being fired up to five times, and played with her phone when the "breastaraunt" was quiet, but Guller admired something about her.

"I love prancing around in a bikini and as soon as I saw the outfit, I was down for it," she tells the executive.

"The only thing I'd change about the outfit is to make my boobs a little bigger.

"That's about it."

Before the episode's end, he promotes Grace into marketing and ends up offering her a pair of breasts.

"If you can make it through six months and you're a rock star, I'm gonna put you in touch with the best guy in town and we'll make this happen," Guller tells her.

She beams.

"I'm going to have new boobies! This just makes my job so much easier.

"I don't even have to talk as much, they do all the talking."

The episode aired on CBS in the United States on December 28.

The show is into it's sixth season, while its fifth season airs here on Foxtel's Lifestyle Channel.
