Sleep disorder help at expo

SLEEP disorders and their treatments will be discussed at the Tweed Seniors Expo on Thursday at the Seventh Day Adventist Centre in Murwillumbah.
The chairman of of Sleep Disorders Australia, Joe Soda, will give expert advice about the problem that affects 24 per cent of Australians.
Kelly Snow, who each year displays her hand-made dolls at the expo, said she would visit the sleep disorder information booth.
"I find it hard to  get a good night's sleep," she said. "I look at the clock every hour."
