Small business is the central nervous system

IF large corporations are the backbone of the Australian economy, the NSW Business Chamber would argue that small business acts as the central nervous system.

Owners of small businesses are saying that minimising the cost of doing business is the number one priority of the next Federal Government, according to the chamber's Too Big to Ignore campaign survey.

NSW Business Chamber Regional Manager John Murray said that almost 90 per cent of businesses surveyed showed either a moderate or major concern at the current level of Government spending.

More than 10,000 people have joined the Small Business-Too Big to Ignore movement, which is driven by social media and can be discovered at www.toobigtoignore.com.au
