Smiles for Santa, money for Biala

SANTA brought smiles to about 40 kids from Ballina's Biala Special School and the Southern Cross School K-12 Support Unit last Thursday.

And Lennox Head's Tracey Everingham brought smiles to the staff of Biala school at the same time.

Tracey organised the annual Christmas party, which was held at, and supported by, the Beef and Beach restaurant in the Lennox Hotel.

She has been putting on the parties for seven years.

And she handed over a cheque to Biala Special School for $8250, which was raised at the 13th annual Melbourne Cup lunch Tracey has organised.
