Property agency opens new office

SOUTHERN Gold Coast and Tweed property agency DJ Stringer Property Services is expanding opening the doors of its new Tugun/ Currumbin office.

DJ Stringer Property Services principal David Stringer said the additional office would make the company’s services more available to clients further north, in particular in the Tugun and Currumbin districts.

“Opening a new office in Tugun will further complement our Coolangatta head office,” he said.

“We have strategically positioned ourselves to have a strong foothold in both the Tweed Heads and southern Gold Coast growth areas.

“Following nine successful years, internal growth has necessitated this expansion while ensuring that we continue to commit to a personalised service, the foundation of which our business has been built.”

Mr Stringer said there had been hard times for the property market.

“It has been a tough economic time for the property market over the past 18 months and our valued clients need our personalised services even more,” he said.

“We want to assure our clients that the new Tugun / Currumbin office will be an extension to our Coolangatta head office and offer the same level of service, which we are renowned for.”
