Sully to stand up in Kingscliff
HE'S known as the master of all comic trades, and the jack of none.
Rest assured Greg Sullivan will hammer your funny-bone into submission at the Kingscliff Beach Hotel on Thursday night, January 12.
"Sully" worked at radio station Triple M for 14 years; as a writer for the first seven and he then graduated to co-host the top-rating breakfast show The Cage.
He is one of the most experienced and accomplished stand up comics and entertainment personalities around.
Los Angeles' world-famous Improv Comedy club invited him to perform and he appeared at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and Sydney Comedy Festival Gala.
TV shows such as Good News Week, Home Delivered Humour, O'Loghlin on Saturday Night, The Today Show and A Current Affair also benefited from his comic capability.
Despite a self-confessed lack of sporting ability, Mr Sullivan has entertained at Queensland Reds, Queensland Bulls, Brisbane Broncos and Lions functions.
He also joined the Queensland State of Origin team's camp, which suggests laughter really is the best medicine - for sporting injuries, at least.
His affable charisma, dedication, entertainment value and resultant eminent and likeable national profile will be keenly felt in Kingscliff.
His 102 Marine Pde set starts 8pm (NSW) and costs $15.
