Teen arrested over Repco theft

A BANORA Point teenager has been charged with aggravated break and enter after Repco at South Tweed was robbed.

Tweed Police acting-Inspector Bill Darnell said the 15-year-old boy was arrested and charged today.

“The charge was in relation to an offence in the early hours of Sunday at a South Tweed Heads business,” Acting-Insp Darnell said.

“A substantial amount of property has been recovered.

“He’s been conditionally bailed to appear at Tweed Heads Local Court on April 18.”
