Teen to face court over school brawl

A GOLD Coast schoolgirl faces court over a brawl, allegedly caught on camera.

High school student Tess Stirling, 15, suffered a possible broken nose on Monday after allegedly being kicked and punched by classmates while a crowd watched.

Police on Wednesday said they had arrested and charged a 17-year-old girl with one count of assault occasioning bodily harm while in com- pany and investigating police warned more arrests could follow.

Officers are investigating claims the assault was captured on a mobile phone camera.
