Telstra customers are not happy about yet another outage

TELSTRA users are again without internet in spots across the country and have taken to social media to express their ire.

Aussie Outages, a website that tracks internet disruptions, shows more than 700 reports have been made in the past day about an outage in Telstra's internet service.

The company was kept busy on Twitter and Facebook responding to irate customers who were almost universally announcing they were planning to cancel their contracts with Telstra.

During the outage, Telstra made several posts on Facebook advertising products and services, but has not directly posted about the lack of internet for hundreds of customers.

Instead, customers were left to complain on their promotional posts.

Telstra's replies on Twitter for hours on Saturday were only to customers experiencing an outage.
