Ten Gold Coasters win big lotto

TEN lucky Gold Coasters are now a collective $1 million richer after winning Gold Lotto.

The prize will be shared among the syndicate, with each member scoring just over $100,000.

They bought the ticket in last night's draw at Australia Fair News, Southport.

Newsagent owner Donna Taylor said it was an exciting win.

"We're just so happy for 10 lucky shareholders and can't wait to share the winning experience with them," she said.

"We only established this syndicate four weeks ago and it's already won division one!"

The syndicate was one of two division one winning entries in last night's Wednesday Gold Lotto draw.

The other division one winner was a great grandmother in her 70s  from Wynnum.
