MOVE over Iggy Azalea, the Northern Rivers has produced another singing sensation.

The Voice Blind Auditions program has released a trailer for Tuesday night's episode and its highlight is none other than Stokers Siding teenager Nina Baumer.

The publicity unit for the Channel Nine program is tight-lipped about the performance and has embargoed all interviews with the 17-year-old until the audition is screened.

But the trailer reveals Nina attracted positive reviews from the celebrity judges, which include Ricky Martin and Delta Goodrem, so she has a good chance of advancing to the next level of auditions.

"That was amazing," said Delta.

Nina's singing career started on the Wollumbin High School stage and has included roles such as the Wicked Stepmother in Cinderella, Madame from Aristocrats and Dance Captain in Fame the Musical.

She has juggled her singing ambitions with school studies and a part-time job at a Murwillumbah Thai restaurant.

When she spoke with the Tweed Daily News in January, Nina said she sang before she could talk.

"I have always dreamed of being a performer," she said.

"Being a student is difficult when you have such a demanding dream.

"However, I am very organised and prioritise both my education and singing."

Nina spent 12 years in classical training with the West Australian Symphony Orchestra.

She cites as influences Beyoncé, Elizabeth Taylor and Mariah Carey.

"I believe these women are the definition of strength and determination," she said.

Her television debut is expected to screen on Tuesday night at 7pm.
