Time for a true blue effort, lads

YOUNG league players Jakob Moers and Lachlan Hallard are decked out and ready for the first State of Origin clash for 2011 tonight at Brisbane's Suncorp Stadium.

The boys, who both play for the South Tweed Junior Rugby League Club in the under-10 and under-12 divisions, will be on opp-osing sides as they cheer for their team in the battle between NSW and Queensland.

“NSW will win for sure,” Jakob said.

“No way,” said Lachlan. “Queensland will win this one.”

Amart All Sports South Tweed assistant manager Matthew Stack said they still had plenty of jerseys, hats, scarves and footballs for both teams in stock.
